The trick for me is keeping my overhead as low as possible. I have very few expenses to cover since I work from home and don’t have some inflated marketing budget. I also automate a lot of the systems so that I don’t have to spend tons of hours making sure you are getting the best leads. All of this means that you pay a lower rate.
